Looks like a pretty great spot to read, doesn't it? Here's my dad chilling out in the bay window "room" at the LBH this summer.

We've had a break from renovations, and have taken time to enjoy this beautiful place, as-is. Now that the days are getting shorter and cooler, we plan to get some work done. Of course, there is still a lot to fix!
