He has worked on a couple of restoration projects in Atlin, BC, and that is where he is based. He doesn't advertise himself as a restoration specialist, but it is nice to know that he has experience with restoring turn-of-the-century buildings! It is best to ask around to see what other old house owners have done in your area. That's what we did. I am looking forward to the project - we are going to chip away at it. Stay tuned to the blog for more details! I hope this is helpful. Have fun with your new (old) place!JThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15586942507878232647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7851768512006419909.post-26339377093819613562013-01-28T14:16:32.407-08:002013-01-28T14:16:32.407-08:00Just found your blog, and was wondering if you'...Just found your blog, and was wondering if you're using a general contractor you like or if there is one in northern BC that specializes in restoration that you know of? I'm just looking into buying and restoring a house from the 1920s that needs a lot of TLC. Good to know there is at least one other person out there going through the same thing!

-Shannon, Smithers BC Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
